Controversial film causes shipping dangerSeptember 26th 2005, 11:27 Jeff Sela The BBC have got a story about some fishermen accidentally jamming some sort of emergency radio frequency while watching a ‘sexy film’. So perhaps porn is dangerous after all? It turns out that the sailor's attention was distracted not by some hardcore porno movie, but by the controversial film Crash (the one from 1996 which caused all the uproar about film censorship in the UK, not last year's film of the same name). Certainly this is a film about sex, but the BBC's description of the film as ‘sexy’ and ‘erotic’ is a little misleading. Tags:
