Harriet Miers nominated for Supreme Court

President Bush has made his next nomination for the Supreme Court. AVN has a detailed look at her background. On the whole it looks like she's unsurprisingly conservative and Christian, and there isn't much background to tell us how she's likely to vote on controversial issues like pornography and sodomy laws, but it probably could have been worse.
