Online adultery in divorce courts

According to The Register, an appeal court in Belgium has ruled that cybersex counts as adultery, and can therefore be used as justification for divorce. So be careful what you do with those IRC logs.
I wonder if this means that flirtation text messages and phone calls are also going to be used in the future.
