New vibrating cock-ring from Trojan

Regina Lynn has a story on Wired about a new sex toy. It's a rubber ring that goes round the base of the cock, and has a little vibrator thing on, the idea being that it turns the whole penis into a ‘personal massager’.
The Trojan Elexa vibrating ring is a disposable one-time use toy. It's battery apparently lasts for about 20 minutes.
It's crazy, but this product isn't available in some American states, because there are ridiculous laws about such things over there.
