Violent pornography consulationNovember 23rd 2005, 09:32 Jeff Sela The deadline for consultations on the UK's proposal of a law against violent pornography is getting closer. Submissions have to be in by December 2nd. I just realised that I'll have to get a move on if I'm going to tell the government how bad an idea this is. There's a website called Backlash about the fight against this and similar legislation. They also point to a good example response to the consulation. Another example available is the draft response from Ofwatch. If you want to write a response youself, the details of how to do so are on the Home Office website. Update: You can also help by signing the Backlash petition. < HIV news roundup | Man charged for not giving lover an orgasm > |
