Man charged for not giving lover an orgasm

An interesting sex story came up in an edition of the Radio 4 programme Law in Action a few weeks ago. From the programme broadcast on the 11th of November:
In Brazil, a woman's trying to take legal action against her boyfriend for failing to satisfy her in bed. In a bizarre incident she called the police, alleging that her 38 year old partner was failing to give her orgasms. Even more extraordinarily, a police spokesman has said that they'll let a judge decide.
Interesting case. great exhibits.
Ananova mentions the case, but I haven't found much about it on the web. I'd love to know how this turns out.
Oh, and the legal opinion was that she wouldn't have much of a case under UK law. I suppose the prisons would overflow if we criminalized inadequate sex.
