Christians publish nude calendarDecember 7th 2005, 21:12 Jeff Sela A German Christian group in Nürnberg has published a calendar in which scenes from the bible are recreated with nude models. Mythology with boobies, what's not to like? Ananova has a couple of pictures (via ALMTTR).
So it seems that at least some Christians are comfortable with the human body as a thing of beauty, rather than a disgusting embarrassment. Or perhaps they've just realised how great sex is as a marketing tool. Either way, religious people who think nudity isn't a terrible sin are definitely on the right track. Of course, there have been criticisms, but apparently most from the USA. What a surprise. There's also this local chap:
